teeny, tiny, terrifying

Oh, by the way, I'm back in the US. I sort of fizzled out there at the end, sorry folks, but I suppose I've seen all of you who read this since I left India anyways. Whatever. I'm back to distract you from the violence in Colombo (GET OVER IT, KRIVCHENIA) with a couple videos of limited interest of things that terrify me. But this is my blog and you all can deal. The first is of the awesome ferris wheel of doom that was erected during the Durga Puja-- later on that night three dudes actually fell out of this thing.

The second is of "Nicco," the giant cat who welcomes you to the "Disneyland of the East." Nicco Park is an amusement park just outside of Kolkata with one great rollercoaster and some seriously heavy dudeing action. Four or five different groups of people asked to take photographs of Drew and I throughout the day, which isn't really anything I've experienced since I was in Bubhaneshwar three years ago. When I asked one girl why, she responded with something like, "why do we do anything?" and I had to say sure.

Well, I suppose that's all for now. Enjoy Sri Lanka.
